The place is absolutely gorgeous, the pools are spotless, plenty of loungers are available to fully enjoy, and you can order drinks right by the poolside. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. It’s close to major cities, though there aren’t many activities nearby. The kitchen is missing a few small items (a stove, cutting board, etc.), and the bedding could be a bit more comfortable.

The location was lovely, but having our ID documents photographed on a staff phone and posted in a chat felt like a privacy breach; even if it was a reception device, it’s unacceptable. A night after checking in, at 22:36 we received a note about scheduled water‑drain maintenance, which meant no water could be bought locally at that hour and the next morning the construction noise woke us, while the toilet flush and tap didn’t work because the water was shut off, leaving us unable to wash hands or brush teeth without having bought bottled water in advance.

The area was lovely, the staff were great, and the buildings were really nice. But, I was a bit disappointed that the bedrooms didn't have any blackout curtains, which made it hard to sleep during the day.

The place was absolutely stunning, with apartments that had plenty of privacy and all the comforts you need. The pool and restaurant were fantastic too. But, the mattresses and pillows were a bit too thin for my liking.

We were blown away by the staff and facilities at this resort. The location was stunning, with picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere that was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the nearby towns and cities. We hired a car and used the resort as a base to explore the surrounding area, visiting Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Portafino, and the drive back to the resort was always a treat.
