The room was newly renovated and functional, and the cleaning service was excellent. The staff were available and helpful. Also, the location was great, close to both the train and underground stations. Finally, the 24‑hour reception was a real lifesaver, especially as my flight was delayed. The entrance area felt a bit limited in terms of space, and the stairs could be inconvenient for older guests. In any case, it was nothing major

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was acceptable for the price. However, the rooms are very small, making it hard to move around with a large suitcase. The room also had a bad smell. The reception staff were friendly, but the manager was very rude. The toilet flush didn’t work. We reported it twice; they said they’d fix it, but no one did during our stay. It feels like they care only about money and customer satisfaction is very low. The four‑star rating has nothing to do with the actual quality of the hotel.
