The staff were extremely friendly, making the stay pleasant. We booked two rooms for our family and requested rooms close together; they arranged connecting rooms for us. One of the rooms was upgraded, and it was very good. The hotel is a short walk from People’s Square station, making travel convenient. Breakfast was also very tasty.
