“Good but not exceptional. Maintenance issues.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the valet and the luggage assistance. The restaurant was decent but not outstanding; after three nights of eating there we felt we’d tried the menu enough to skip it if we stayed longer. Breakfast was good but not spectacular; the buffet had a nice variety but, like many hotels, the food wasn’t always hot. Still, I enjoyed breakfast. The temperature control in our room was unpredictable—too cold, too hot, never hitting the set point. The staff reset the system, but the fix was only temporary. We booked a studio unit specifically to use the washing machine, but the dryer didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed during our stay, so we had to pay for expensive laundry service.

“Amazing.”

Even though it was hard to get there as expected for a City centre stay, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, kind, respectful, and friendly. Absolutely loved my stay and would come back again. It was hard to park.

The smell was amazing, very clean and fresh, very inviting! Food was excellent, and I loved how the rooms were dark and cozy; the beds were sooo comfortable. It was too hot in the rooms—no windows or air‑con wasn’t cold enough (maybe because I didn’t know how to work it properly😬).

I slept well on the comfy beds, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were super friendly.
