They didn’t offer the advertised breakfast and I liked nothing about the place; the staff were nice, but the rooms were filthy, scummy, with nasty stuff on the toilet seat, bath, and showers, floors weren’t clean in both rooms, no lock on windows, etc. We turned in our keys and left, hoping for a refund for both rooms.

Breakfast had been stopped; the lady who checked me in was a bit grumpy. The room was clean, had a large fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot with coffee. The spot was in the middle of town on a main road, so trucks made a lot of noise, but there were nearby eating spots. Overall it wasn’t bad, but I’d pick a newer place elsewhere. The road noise was really loud when trucks passed.

I liked how close the hotel was to the Convention Center and the nearby restaurants, but the TV in my room at the far end couldn't connect to the internet even though it said it was connected. I've stayed here several times and never had that problem before. The front‑desk staff was not as friendly as in previous visits, so I just used my laptop instead of the TV. She even made me feel guilty for booking through a third‑party site.

The spot was spot‑on and the room was roomy and comfy. The only downside was that the shower’s water pressure felt a bit weak.

The location was great and the place was a quiet, comfortable retreat. A bit of refurbishment would help, but it still has plenty of charm left.
