“Do not book, it is not a hotel anymore”

The address is a residential property since approximately June 2025. I made a reservation and showed up there, but the owner told me I wasn’t the first to book and found out there was nothing there. I had to look for a last‑minute hotel; I am in the process with customer service to get my reimbursement.

“Booking.com are facilitating fraud”

There is nothing to like; this place no longer exists as accommodation. This property does not exist but will still take your money then refuse to reimburse you. A friendly guy who lives at this address says he has had loads of people turning up thinking they have a reservation. They are dismissing my grievance and trying to get me to contact the seller. The mobile number they provide never gets answered.

The hotel is closed! Nobody takes responsibility and there's still no refund!. There's no hotel! Just a fraud!

“Pleasant comfortable interior which lacked basics; toilet paper, milk & tv”

Location was perfect for us specifically & clean & well presented internally. 1) External appearance unkempt; essentially a converted garage on the side of hosts house, however well presented internally 2) 10 sheets of toilet roll 3) tea making facilities but no milk 4) Light shining through front door/window(could do with curtain or something) 5) ice cold on arrival (although heated well/quickly once activated) 6) No welcome pack as depicted in promotional photos 7) no tv
