The hotel refused to accommodate us. When we arrived, there were no free rooms, forcing us to find an alternative hotel on the spot, which was very stressful for us.

I was greeted at reception by a friendly employee, and the coffee was tasty. We booked a double room with a double bed for my mother, but when we arrived we were handed a small room with a single bed that was far from what we had expected or booked. The room’s condition was also disappointing; the furniture and décor looked outdated, and the rooms clearly needed renovation. The coziness and comfort we anticipated were missing, which is disheartening when you rely on the booking details and end up with something entirely different. We hope the management will pay more attention to ensuring rooms match their descriptions and improve the state and cleanliness of the premises. Unfortunately, our stay was a letdown, and we cannot recommend this place without significant improvements.

The bed was clean and white, towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned every day. The reception staff were friendly. The internet was very weak, especially at night. The bathroom lacked a towel or a floor mat, so after a shower the entire floor was wet 😢 and slippery.

“WTF”

It was in a central location. The stay was rough because a group of loud men were partying, banging doors, and damaging the door. The cleaners were waiting outside, ready to come in early the next morning. A strange rope hung outside the window, which was creepy.
