Cleanliness, organization, care, and location were all excellent.

The facility was good, communication was quick, and breakfast was served in the chalet.

The accommodation was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and Mr. Igor’s service was wonderful, giving us tips on things to do and places to eat, but the hair dryer was missing.

The front desk and service were very good, but the chalet had several issues: because the area is cold, a backup heater was essential, yet the heater malfunctioned and no replacement was offered, leaving us without heat in a place where the night temperature drops to 8 °C. To light the fireplace we had to pay for wood, so we had no alternative. Additionally, the bed had been complained about for noise and it did indeed make noise. Overall I’d give it a 5; the experience doesn’t justify the price.
