While I appreciated the healthy and tasty food, as well as the friendly staff, my stay was marred by several issues. Initially, I was given a room with a foul toilet smell, and the TV wasn't functioning properly. Moreover, the hotel's location, about 9km from Bolpur station, was a significant drawback. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone visiting Bolpur's tourist spots, as there are better options available at a lower price.

“It was indeed a pleasant experience”

I was pleased with the hotel's excellent location, which offered easy parking and access to amenities. The staff's behavior was truly commendable, with everyone being polite and helpful. The food was also delicious, reminiscent of homemade cooking. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a significant issue - the hotel misrepresented the quality of the room I booked. Despite paying for the best quality room, I was given a second-grade room, which was unacceptable. Given my husband's health issues, I didn't want to get into an argument, but I felt cheated by the hotel's actions.

While my stay was generally pleasant, there was one major issue that needed attention - the washrooms in the cottages were in need of an upgrade.
