“Beautiful hotel!”
The décor was stunning, the room super comfy, and the bathroom looked amazing! The only hiccup was the bath plug not working right and the water draining constantly.

The room size and location were good. There was no elevator, the kitchen smell seeped through the building, and street noise was noticeable.

We were very happy with Elf’s service—she’s a lovely person. The price was a touch high.

The location was great, but the breakfast felt overpriced, the coffee and milk never got refilled, and the fridge was broken so we couldn’t store the milk we bought; the view was just a wall, so not impressed.

The place is in a good spot, yet there were many issues: staff only worked from 8 am to 4 pm, so arriving earlier or later left us without anyone to check us in and the contact numbers they gave were useless; the food was mediocre and pricey; the building looks ancient and not really hotel‑like; the rooms have 4.5‑meter ceilings but only one radiator worked, leaving the room cold and no one told us how to use the thermostat; the small fridge didn’t stay cold; the bathroom soup was just three tiny pieces, not enough for a grown‑up even for three days; lighting was weak with half the bulbs broken, making us feel uncared for; for $800 for 3 nights and 2 days it’s extremely expensive; they promised free breakfast in messages, but no one knew about it when I arrived; I tried to contact staff before arrival for directions from the airport and got no response; the furniture is outdated.
