Carlos received us very well at the reception and we had a positive experience.
I loved the location, the cleanliness, and the service – great value for money. The facilities work but the infrastructure feels very worn out.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, fully equipped, a quiet and pleasant place, and everything is close to the historic centre.
The bed was so hard that we tried to leave at 8:00 but ended up leaving at 6:00 because I couldn’t sleep properly; the pillow was soft and slipped off my head. The bedding was dirty, so I reported it and they immediately swapped rooms. They said it was just stained, but how do you leave stained sheets? There is a microwave. I asked if there was a filter before, they said yes, and when I arrived they handed me a bottle of that accompaniment. There is no soap or hand wash. The old minibar didn’t show the temperature. The TV was small, probably 24" or 32" max, and only had free channels, which was disappointing because I wanted to relax and watch a movie after a whole day walking around the city.
