Staff were a total letdown - super rude, except for Renee who actually cared. I was stuck with a different property than I booked and they didn't seem to care. The room wasn't cleaned for four nights, which is pretty appalling. Walking past reception, no one even acknowledged me, and when I had a question, the response was a dismissive "Yup, what do you want". Needless to say, I won't be back.

The spot was great, right by a nice river walk and some decent eats. But, a few things threw us off - we had to ask multiple times for linen for the sofa bed and didn't get it for four days. And, parking costs extra, which wasn't super clear when we booked - it said "available parking" and we assumed it was included. The manager had to dig through the fine print to find the fee, which seems like it should be more upfront.
