Breakfast was delicious, and it would have been nice to have Yorkshire Tea as a bonus; every staff member was kind, helpful and cheerful, and there were no complaints.

The breakfast was very good, the staff friendly, and the evening meals and wine selection wonderful—one of my favourite hotels anywhere, though the wifi was a bit intermittent and the signal weak.

The staff, Ange and Frederick, were friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and quiet on the edge of town with beautiful country views, and the cooking standard was good. It was a 10 minute walk into the town centre, which looks beautiful, but we were only staying one night so had no real chance to explore.
