I liked nothing; there was no pool facility, which had been closed for many days, the staff claimed they were new and couldn't help with the Wi‑Fi, the worst part was that no password was known, and on the second day they provided slow internet; there was also no daily cleaning.

The spot was decent, but the rooms didn’t actually look out onto the mountains as promised. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable. The food wasn’t included and felt a bit pricey at the restaurant. The main door wouldn’t lock properly because of moisture, and overall the place was poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room matched the photos and was clean; the pay‑at‑property option worked, the restaurant food was good, check‑in was hassle‑free, and the staff were quick and efficient. Parking was available. The jacuzzi was nice, but the hot water took a while to get hot enough; otherwise everything else was fine.
