The ibis budget Ulm City is a modern hotel located near Ulm Main Train Station and historic Münsterplatz Square. It features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, desks, and en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a bright breakfast room, free WiFi, and proximity to restaurants, Ulm exhibition grounds, and botanical gardens, with easy access to A8 and A7 motorways.

For the price it met our expectations and the room was very clean upon arrival; the location is very central and everything is a few minutes walk away, but the room was only cleaned once during the three days without check‑in or check‑out, and the underground parking can only be paid with cash, so we had to withdraw extra money.

The reception was friendly, the parking garage was practical and about 10€ cheaper than others. The room had a wet area that should be noted. It was very quiet despite the street location. Breakfast cost 11.50€ (5.50€ for kids) and was fine, everything was there. For a budget stay, the price is a bit high. We paid 116€ for a mother with a child, without breakfast and parking.
