Finding the location is a challenge.

The view is fantastic and the food is outstanding; we arrived at 20:30, they sent the menu, we ordered via WhatsApp, and dinner was ready when we got there. We asked how to reach a pier in the bay the next morning, and they arranged a long‑tail boat trip for us, which felt a bit pushy but turned out to be amazing. Being already in the bay is a plus. The spot is remote; we landed in Phuket at 18:30 and struggled to find transport, with 10 Grab cars canceling, one even trying to cancel while we were in the car, so we had to tip him to actually bring us there. I’d suggest renting your own car for easier access.

The view is stunning and the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was a bit plain.

As commonly stated the views were amazing, the staff / family were helpful & obliging. It was lovely sitting on the Veranda having breakfast & it would I'm sure have been a great evening dining & having a beer, unfortunately the wife & I arrived tired after a long journey and didn't do so. Breakfast was basic but we enjoyed the traditional Thai rice soup with all the condiments, the coffee was good and hot milk available (when we asked) to go with it. Bless the staff they provided boiled eggs and some jam sandwiches too, I expect seeing that I was a Westerner. There are numerous earlier reviews that gave this property a perfect 10 score which makes a mockery of the rating system. It and the family running it were endearing but to give a very small cheaply built room with no seating, shelving or tables a perfect 10 is mis-leading to other potential renters. There is however a fridge, air conditioner, small T.V. (not used) & small cloths rack with hangers. The water heater didn't work but this wasn't an issue for us. I recommend that the owners fit a toilet roll holder & shelving in the bathroom & add small bedside tables and maybe shelving in the bedroom, I appreciate there is little room for anything else. The drive up to the elevated position was fine on a rough steep twisty track in our 4 x 4 but I wouldn't have been happy taking a 2 wheel drive saloon up, although others did. Anyone without a vehicle needs to be dropped at the accom parking area, definitely not just off the main road. The elderly or infirm should probably avoid this property as there is a steep slope & steps to negotiate even from the parking area, no problem if in reasonable health. Some have stated the road noise was intrusive, it can be heard but wasn't bad. If you have noisy neighbours I suspect it would be an issue as the walls are thin but we were lucky & found it quite peaceful. The rooms themselves give the appearance of what they are, very basic. The original price quoted was £70+ but when selecting the property this changed to £37, I'm not sure what was going on there as I've never seen similar but even @ £37 I wouldn't consider this property value for money in Thailand. However I can recommend this property for the experience but go there knowing what to expect
