The food is great at TMH. The room wasn’t clean as it should have been and faced multiple issues again and again.

“The stay was not very comfortable. The property is good but needs good maintenance.”

The breakfast was an average spread, but the staff’s attitude was excellent. They served with a big smile and were always willing to help. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast spread was average. The serving staff need to be more aware of keeping hygiene. One of the staff sneezed with his nose covered with his hands and did not wash or sanitize his hands. The quality of tissues at the table is average. The entrance while checking in the early morning looked a bit scary; the lights were dim and the entrance did not look comfortable. After checking in, the room was smelly, very hot, and the split AC was not cooling the room enough; we had to resort to the fan and did not sleep comfortably. The cleanliness in the room corners needs more attention. The bathroom counter, which is of steel, has rust and needs cleaning attention. I am giving this honest feedback so that the hotel can look into it seriously and improve.

“Bad stay”

I liked the location and vibe, but the staff were unhelpful and the checkout time was inconvenient, and they just didn't get what guests needed.

I originally booked for other dates, yet the management accommodated my change request and secured the same room type I had first chosen; the rooms are fantastic, the hotel truly lives up to its luxury reputation, the rooms are wider than any other in this class, the staff are supportive, the food quality is on point, and the amenities are excellent—don’t miss staying at The Hillock in Ahmedabad.
