“Overpriced. Pool photos from listing doesn’t match reality”
I didn’t like the property at all. The room was old and half the sockets didn’t work. The pool pictures on the official website/ listing are inaccurate; they make it look like the pool is next to the vineyards with an unobstructed view, but in reality a high fence blocks the view. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm and was off on the day I arrived, only turning on after multiple complaints from other guests. When I got to the pool in the morning, I took off my T‑shirt and flip‑flops (left them on the sunbed) and the staff took my belongings without checking if they belonged to anyone. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but I was told to sign a receipt— the waiter said this was needed to show I’d “enjoyed the services” and that I wouldn’t be charged. The receipt listed breakfast at 35 USD and asked for a tip. I’ve never had a complimentary hotel breakfast buffet ask for a tip. Overall, I feel the price is too high for the room, amenities, and service quality. If your price is in the ballpark of Four Seasons, I expect something comparable in return.
