The hotel is close to Liverpool Lime Street station and the city's tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower was broken. The door-lock seemed insecure. The 'continental breakfast' was very meagre, with no cooked food available. No non-dairy milk, or allowance for individual dietary needs. The crockery hadn't been wiped. The coffee (from a machine) was undrinkable

So close to Lime street so nice to walk out an entrance and be where you need to be especially in the cold and rain. Older hotel but clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. Having someone on the front desk makes you feel safe. This is my third time staying here over the years and will always look to book again. Nothing
