Polite staff and parking spot. Breakfast was lacking.

New‑build, spotless, convenient parking, 10 minutes on foot from the waterfront. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Parking right outside the door. The room was clean. Breakfast was pre‑packed, which I’d read about in other reviews. The furniture (dining area and beds) was basic, fine for a short stay. Afterwards a minor dispute with the host occurred, which I’m not including in the rating but it did dampen the experience. Too bad.
