“Wonderful accommodation, relaxing and peaceful.”

The view overlooked the next property, and the neighbors were nice, so that was fine. However, there was no WiFi password on the hub, no heating instructions, no TV remote for the lounge, and the office was closed when we tried to report problems. A mobile number was provided for issues, but there was no signal to call. We spent two hours trying to resolve the situation, only to be passed information. The lack of a TV remote was annoying—we had to download a remote app but it kept losing connection.

“Really enjoyable stay , kids loved it ! Worth the money .”

The place was clean and tidy, everything we needed was there, and it was a real pleasure to see everything ready for us. The kitchen was wonderful with all the necessities, and the interior was very spacious, enough for six people. The patio area was beautiful and perfect for dining; we really enjoyed the hot tub evenings and the kids loved it. Unfortunately, unpleasant neighbors made us feel unwelcome for no reason, as we assumed they had too much rum. The toilets did not flush properly, which was unhygienic, a dead cockroach was found in the bathroom, and the shower temperature could not be adjusted.

“Very nice enjoyable relaxing”

The location was lovely, and the bathtub was a nice bonus; the bed was comfortable and the shower great. However, the paintwork needs attention, the blinds in the lounge and bathroom are missing, and the lights above the bed are inadequate. The utensils weren’t very clean, but that’s likely because some guests don’t tidy up after themselves.
