SpringHill Suites by Marriott Omaha East, Council Bluffs, IA

“Clean and friendly! We enjoyed our experience at Springhill Suites.”

The breakfast staff made the stay very good, the beds and pull‑out couches were comfy, the facilities were clean, and overall we had a great experience. The laundry room counter was broken, the machines were rusty, and there was mold in the elevator caulking and in our bathroom.

“We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Omaha.”

The staff were very nice and accommodating, but the TV had dots across the screen; the manager immediately offered to move us to another room.

“Vacaciones , tiempo en familia.”

The room was large, clean, and the hotel staff were super attentive, and the breakfast was excellent; however, the pool has too many chemicals, the chlorine smell is very strong, and it’s unhealthy for children or people with allergies.

“Clean, comfortable, and a good place to stay!”

Everything was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about.

We appreciated how close the hotel is to the highway, and the room was spacious enough for our needs. Unfortunately, the shower door was a major issue, with water leaking onto the floor; the tile outside the shower was messy and the grout looked dirty. The shower only had two bottles of shampoo and no body wash, despite the description saying otherwise.
