The spot is unbeatable, overlooking the lake with gorgeous views. John Franco on the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the food was a real treat. I couldn't find anything to criticize about Hotel Albergo Russall; everything was perfect, and I can’t wait to come back soon.

The pool, garden view, small breakfast, and terrace are all perfect. It would be nice to have a small bottle of water in the room.

The location offers a stunning lake view, and the terrace is great for both dinner and breakfast. The pool is a nice touch, and the staff are kind, attentive, and multilingual—well done. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, plus a tiny balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel isn’t new; its 1960s décor gives it character and soul. A minor issue was hearing water running from the room above, but the bedding was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I’d recommend choosing a room on the second floor.

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view over Lake Como. The pool is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant food is tasty. A key detail: boats depart from Tremezzo to nearby attractions, so you’re in a great spot. The place looks a bit dated, but it has all the comforts; the beds were good.

Everything is very well taken care of: the garden, pool, rooms with balconies, warm welcome, and excellent services make you feel at home.
