Everything was perfect! I recommend it for the location, the onsen, the restaurant, and the quality of the staff and rooms. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing; we could hear ambulances, police cars, and the people in the room above us quite a bit.

The hotel has a great vibe; at reception I was greeted with a cup of matcha or coffee. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, iron, daily water, toiletries, and fresh towels, even though housekeeping comes every three days. The location is good, close to the metro and bus stop, about a 20‑minute walk to the city center and the station. Breakfast is excellent, with a buffet and a choice of one hot dish from a menu of six, plus the option to order omelettes. Laundry facilities and dryers are available for a fee. On level –1 there’s a 24‑hour drinks corner with sodas, coffee, tea, sweets, and ice cream. It’s convenient to have luggage sent to another hotel. I liked everything.

This place was very classy and we absolutely loved staying here. The onsen and the other basement services were very professional, though more clothes dryers would have been nice. I enjoyed jazz and a cold drink after my bath. The rooms were huge compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at and very comfortable, though the pillow was a bit firm. I’d stay again. The takkyubin luggage service didn’t go to our next hotel, but the staff helped us send it with a different provider.

It was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Japan. The design is beautiful and the luxury is extreme. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lotions, loungewear, soaps, bottled water, and more; everything was spotless. The basement has a great onsen, a gym, and a kitchenette stocked with hot and cold drinks and snacks, plus a cozy seating area right next to it. The staff were warm and friendly. Simply wow. The only drawback is that it sits on the edge of the tourist area—great for those who prefer a quieter spot, but not ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action.
