The ASURE Adrian Motel is situated 300 metres from St. Kilda Beach in Dunedin, offering barbecue facilities, Wi-Fi, and free parking. It's a 15-minute walk to St. Clair Beach, with its many cafés and restaurants, and less than 4 kilometres from Dunedin city centre. Rooms feature 32-inch flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and well-equipped kitchens. Airport transfers and continental breakfast are available upon request.

The place was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and of decent size.

The hotel was close to St Kilda Beach, very clean and tidy, and I stayed for three nights; the only gripe was that there were no coasters for hot coffee cups.
