I was disappointed with the hotel's check-in and check-out process, as we had to carry our luggage around the entire building, which was quite a hassle for my elderly companions. A short parking spot closer to the entrance would have been more convenient. However, I must admit that complaining about this is a bit excessive.

The location, view, and historic ambiance of the hotel were truly impressive. However, I was a bit frustrated with the shared laundry facility in the basement, which was only accessible with a single key. This meant that multiple people couldn't wash their clothes at the same time, and we had to rely on the previous user to return the key promptly. Additionally, the hotel's information was incorrect, as they stated that there was a washing machine in the apartment, which wasn't the case.

The hotel's excellent location, overlooking the harbor and sea, provided easy access to the tourist infrastructure at the old harbor. We were also within walking distance of the city center, cultural attractions, and a children's playground. The "Swedish Festival" was a highlight, offering a range of activities, but it did get quite loud until midnight, which was a problem for our young child.

The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing in Wismar and its surroundings, with good, modern Mediterranean-style decor that complemented the ambiance of the old warehouse. We appreciated the friendly welcome and the proximity to several restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. However, the mattresses in the beds were flat and needed to be replaced urgently.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy apartment, which offered a fantastic view of the harbor and allowed us to watch the harbor's activities. We also appreciated the nearby playground and the lovely restaurant on the ground floor. However, I didn't find any negative aspects during our stay.
