It was awful! First, when we checked in the shower floor had hair on it. Second, we were told in advance about a dress code for dinner, so we had to bring extra clothes, making our bag heavier, and the next day we had to pay for a storage room. When we arrived for dinner looking nice, only a couple of people matched us—everyone else wore shorts and casual clothes, making it uncomfortable and we didn’t want to get up from the table again. The worst thing happened in the morning: at 10:10 a cleaning lady opened the room with her key without knocking or warning, finding me almost naked, and told me we had to leave by 11:00. Although the hotel claims 4 stars, there were no bathrobes, slippers, or even spa towels in the rooms—those were charged as a cash deposit.

The atmosphere, food, and staff friendliness were great, and the value for money was excellent. Nothing negative—this is the third time this year I’ve stayed here.

A solid ****‑star hotel on the beach with very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were extremely noisy; we could hear every word spoken on the hallway floor, even when someone in the neighboring room went to the toilet. During meal times on the 5th floor it smelled as if we were standing in the kitchen. Breakfast and dinner were acceptable for the price.

The pool area had plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and the pool itself was 2.80 meters deep. The dining room was noisy, and staff didn’t promptly clear or set the tables at breakfast or dinner. The pool water was very cold, and the room’s air conditioning was outdated and dirty.

The location was very good, close to the beach and very quiet. The cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—was lacking.
