The location is great, just a short walk from Seodaemun subway station. The facilities are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Joy at the front desk was a great help and accommodated our early check‑in. The breakfast is good, but the variety is limited; after staying several nights the options become a bit boring, so we skipped breakfast 2‑3 mornings. However, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience shops nearby.

The hotel was fantastic; the staff were extremely professional, polite, helpful and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

Breakfast was okay in variety, yet the mango pieces on the buffet were still frozen and the omelette I ordered was runny inside (unfit to eat).
