The atmosphere everything was provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the attitude and communication from the staff were disappointing. There seemed to be frequent misunderstandings, and whenever we tried to explain something, the response was sometimes unnecessarily aggressive before fully understanding what we meant. For example, at check-out, I was busy outside, so I contacted the staff and explained that my wife would check out and that we would need to leave our bags in the corridor for only 30 minutes to an hour at most. Instead of calmly discussing this with her, the staff member responded rudely and raised his voice, saying that this was not acceptable. However, when I arrived shortly afterward, his attitude toward me was completely different. He told me, “Everything is okay, brother. I waited an extra hour for you,” offered us breakfast, and then asked me to give him a high rating. I appreciate the flexibility and the breakfast, but hospitality is not only about providing services or favors. The way guests are spoken to and treated is equally important. A welcoming attitude, respectful communication, and professionalism are some of the most important things you can offer your guests. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better communication and a more respectful approach would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience

the view from our room and the breakfast restaurant of Lake Como was spectacular!!. very narrow, off the main roads to arrive at teh B&B. Nothing they can do about it and once you are used to it, no big deal
