“Ok”
The hotel is close to downtown. We didn’t know the rooms were connected because there was no sign, and the tub started spraying water from the jets before we even turned it on.
“Acogedor”
I loved the location—everything is super close, the rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The view over the river and the village is wonderful. Everything was great except the door locks jammed twice in one day, and a family member got locked in when his door closed and couldn’t open it from inside; I hope they fix the locks. Otherwise it was awesome and I highly recommend it.
“We will never stay there again”
We skipped breakfast; only bagels or English muffins were offered in the lobby. We didn’t get the balcony room overlooking the river; the front‑desk clerk told us to raise the issue with someone else. The front‑desk ladies were abrupt and transactional, not friendly or welcoming, and on the last morning we found ants all over the bed.
“Good location smelled bad will not go back”
The place is in a good spot. The smell was awful, we didn’t receive the balcony that was listed, and the staff didn’t care.

Being in a great walking location was convenient, and the pool was nice.
