I checked in and was handed keys to a dirty room, so I had to change rooms. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the next morning my breakfast was missing from the list even though I had booked it. The staff were friendly and the location was good.

It’s close to transport, restaurants, and coffee shops, with pleasant staff and a comfortable bed. However, the advertised breakfast wasn’t available and there were bars on the balcony.

The location is fine, but there were cleanliness complaints and missing towels; I had to wait until 7 pm for a towel after checking in at 4 pm. I don’t recommend this place; there are much better options for the price, and it doesn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel—more like a 2‑star.

Everything at this hotel was good and the price was excellent. Nothing at all was lacking.
