The location was good, but the swimming pool was very far and the floor of the room was damaged.

“Overall a good Stay with family”

The location near Lulu Mall is convenient, breakfast was reasonably okay with vegetarian options, and Wi‑Fi worked fine. The nearby Lifeline Hospital and kid‑friendly amenities were present. The swimming pool is far from the hotel. The cooling was inadequate throughout our stay. I had informed the hotel well in advance of my early arrival (just 2–3 hours before the usual check‑in time, because my bus was arriving then, a bit early). The staff charged me 10 OMR for just 2.5 hours of early check‑in, even though the room was already prepared and almost empty. The AC vent was closed; after complaining it was opened but made no difference, leaving the family to endure a warm environment inside the hotel.

It was so quiet and peaceful, with very nice and respectful staff and guests. Nothing else to add.

I was upgraded to a suite at the end of the hallway, which was a nice perk. The only downside was that it was on the main avenue side, but overall the place was quiet. The room was large, with a separate living area and a clean bathroom, and the housekeeping staff were very professional. The pool area was a problem because there was no staff; you have to bring your own towels from the bathroom, and you even have to leave the hotel to get there, which feels odd. Also, I couldn't reach the hotel by email because the address listed on the website is wrong and no longer valid.

Everything around the hotel is super close, and the hotel itself is great again. The place is beautiful.
