The location and terrace on the Grand Canal are great, and the staff were very kind.

The continental breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, with a patio right on the Grand Canal; the building itself is unique and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in Venice.

The architecture and interior details are exceptional, water taxis drop right at the front door, and the central location is not crowded, making walking or taking vaporetti around Venice easy; there are only 10 rooms. The interiors, while beautiful, are dark and have little sitting space—larger rooms might solve that, but I’m not sure.
