The staff were very friendly, and the location was close to the park. The fact that it is close to the park was also a drawback.

The room was dusty, the surroundings were dry, the benches were dusty, and the staff never bothered to clean anything. The pool was out of order and looked outdated.

Check‑in was informal yet warm and welcoming, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. The property is eco‑friendly—they don’t use chemicals or pesticides and respect nature. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were simple and budget‑friendly. The rooms came with complimentary mineral water and a coffee/tea station, which was very convenient, and the mosquito net worked well. My room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeper was always attentive and helpful. The staff worked as a close, jovial team, and I joined them on walks around the community. The game drive was amazing, straightforward, and fully arranged by the camp. The surroundings were relaxed, and a bonfire was lit every evening, which was a bonus for me. The swimming pool is currently under renovation, which will add great value for future guests. The only downside was that my stay was too short.

Despite the confusion and awkwardness of the check-in process, the camp offers great value. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They also serve lunch and dinner, but it takes a long time to get your food, so ordering in advance is highly recommended. The location is ideal for visiting Lake Nakuru National Park; the Nderit Gate is located very close to the property. Other guests mentioned seeing animals from the park fence, which runs right alongside the property, during their morning walks—a fantastic bonus! The evening bonfire was a very nice touch
