Breakfast was good, but I’d suggest serving milkshakes in single servings or a gallon jug to avoid elderly spilling the milk and dealing with a congested area; the pool water was freezing.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice, and the front‑desk staff were great. The hotel is pet‑friendly and the location is convenient for the places I needed each day. It could use a better dog‑walking area, the refrigerator doesn’t actually freeze food, and the property itself could be a bit cleaner.

The lady at the front desk on Friday morning was exceptional, but the night‑shift staff were irritated when I had to come down twice for a remote, and it wasn’t until the third time that someone finally got one to work. We were told the pool was closed on our first day but would open on Friday, so we stayed a second night only to find it still closed—very frustrating!
