The entire room with ensuite was amazing and great value for money; the staff were very friendly too. If you’re sensitive to noise, you can hear everyone, but that didn’t bother me too much.

The location is nice. The blankets were dirty; a folded blanket at the foot of the bed had dried crusted food in it. The sheets may be cleaned, but the other bedding was not. All the silicone was moulding, the grout was falling out and missing in places in the bathroom. The countertops were clean, but because everything was worn it felt questionable. The private bathroom door was loose. The windows had no nets, so the room was either dark or exposed to the yard. The windows dripped with condensation and everything smelled damp. The building was under construction and there was plastic on the floor. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear a paper being picked up in the room next door.
