“Traumhafte Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail!”
A beautiful, small accommodation run by Massimiliano and Elisabetta with incredible love. The rooms are very nice, spotless, and practical – nothing is missing. The breakfast is a real highlight, with a strong focus on quality and organic products that match our taste. Everything is freshly homemade. Huge kudos to the hosts! We will gladly return.

Apart from the well‑kept property, what makes the stay truly special are the people who greet you. With their subtle presence, Massimo and Elisabetta host you in a world full of details and attentions that frame the already splendid Sant’Antioco. The breakfast deserves its own talk: local products of excellent quality, simple and thoughtful, that stay in the heart.

The place is still close enough to San Antioco town, and it’s so peaceful and quiet. The hosts were exceptional, and the breakfast felt like a restaurant – Elisabetta makes all her own jams and cakes, plus some fruit from their garden. They were warm, friendly, and gave useful tips on the area, even mapping things out for me on arrival and later showing me how to visit San Pietro Island. The honesty bar in the communal kitchen was great too.

Great welcome, the room and place were very clean and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The hosts are lovely and always available, very warm.
