The floor was very dirty, with crumbs scattered beside the bed. Everything was very noisy; every time a door opened elsewhere, our room door rattled so much that we woke up each time.

The location was great, but everything looked good!

Great place to stay, centrally located with free parking, no issues at all.

The hotel is close to Vitebsk Airport, offers contactless check‑in and check‑out, a kettle and cups with saucers, and disposable shampoo; the room is non‑smoking. The shower cabin needs repair—it doesn’t close fully and leaks.
