The place offers a deep connection with nature, perfect for those who love the wild. The beds are very comfortable, and the space is great for the price. You’ll find typical local wildlife like iguanas and birds.

I really appreciated that the unit had a kitchen and all the usual services—water, electricity, and it’s well sealed so no insects get in. The only issue was the absence of a microwave.

Staying in the middle of nature, the setting was genuinely pleasant and the surroundings were very enjoyable.

The cabin sits deep in the forest, surrounded by nature, which I appreciated. It isn’t connected to the public power grid, so we relied solely on the solar panels. A small troop of monkeys crossed our path three times during our 12‑day stay, and we regularly saw many birds, especially in the mornings. The staff was friendly and shared a lot about the local area and nature. However, the concept fell short: the solar panels were shaded, forcing us to run the generator every night from 9 pm onward. We were told the issue was faulty batteries, which were replaced during our stay, and for the next two days we had no outages. The cabins are 100 % wooden and entirely surrounded by forest, making the region very humid. What wasn’t mentioned is that there are no windows, only mosquito nets, so the cabins feel modern but the wind is mostly caught by the nets and moisture stays trapped. Inside the cabin my glasses fogged up, and when I left the cabin they cleared in seconds, proving the interior was drier than outside. This led to mold under the bed, on the curtain rods, a perpetually damp mattress and bedding, and more. Over the 12 days, all our luggage developed mold, and my laptop acquired a layer of white fuzz.
