I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking for a family room at a price of Rs. 1500, the owner's son modified my booking to Rs. 2500 without my consent. When I brought this to his attention, he denied any wrongdoing and refused to provide the room. I've attached proof of my original booking, which clearly shows the incorrect price.
