The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and a joy to talk to. The security check was a reminder of the Taj Hotel terrorist attack and can’t be changed, but the people doing the checks were great.

The hotel’s location is convenient for the airport, breakfast is great, and the staff are very friendly. The only issue was that the shower curtain needed replacing.

Breakfast was nice with good choices, rooms were clean and comfy, staff were polite and efficient, but I wished there was a bar service or a mini‑bar in the room.
