When they let me in around 4 pm, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, and at the front desk I waited 20 minutes for someone. I asked for a refund so I could find another place, they cancelled my reservation but told me I’d have to collect the refund myself. I emailed four days ago and still haven’t heard back; I want my money back.

The rooms were clean and smelled great, but there was no coffee maker even though the listing said there was one. I called the front desk at 11:30 pm as I was about to sleep, knowing I’d have to get up early, and the staff explained why they had removed them. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have stayed. The listing should be updated so people don’t make the same mistake.

The location was convenient and the room was spacious. The electric outlets were worn out and kept letting my charger slip out. The pillows were mediocre. I needed sheer curtains to let in light while keeping privacy.

I was close to the highway, which was convenient, but work trucks filled every parking space, forcing me to park around the building and walk to the front—an annoying hassle when loading and unloading.
