The location was fine and easy to find a restaurant, but the lift was broken. I stayed for four days with an elderly guest who has knee pain; I chose this hotel because of the lift, but it worked only on the first day and then broke until day four. I ended up on the second floor, and the room was cramped, which made it very inconvenient for the elderly guest with knee pain.

The staff were friendly and polite… I still don’t know the name of that male staff member from Kelantan 😁; the TV only had channels 2 and 3 and kept losing signal, so it wasn’t great for watching anything – hope they fix the signal soon.

The location is convenient for the airport only; it’s far from the city center and there’s no nearby train station, plus my room had no window.
