I had a lovely stay at the Pension am Dom; the staff were very friendly. For breakfast I went to a nearby bakery, but the café opened too late for me. I’ll be glad to return on my next visit to Erfurt.

Located on scenic Lange Brücke in Erfurt’s Old Town, Pension am Dom combines a historic façade with modern‑style rooms. Bright rooms include a safe, flat‑screen satellite TV, and free Wi‑Fi is available in public areas and select rooms. Within five minutes’ walk lie Erfurt Cathedral, Krämerbrücke, Fischmarkt Square, and numerous restaurants and bars.

It was a perfect stay. The room was very spacious, it was the family room, and the furnishings were modern. The bed was very comfortable. The pension’s location was ideal, with all sights within walking distance. When I opened my eyes early, the cathedral was already in view—right next door and a real visual treat. Breakfast could be taken at Café Bernadette next door, prepared with great care. All in all, it was an absolutely successful stay. Highly recommended. Nothing to complain about; we were completely satisfied.

Great location, a quiet room facing the courtyard, and the owner was very helpful. The parking is listed but should be requested in advance; we were lucky to get one. Breakfast can be added for 15 €, but it is served à la carte in the restaurant.

Good location and cleanliness. The reception is missing, and if you arrive when no one is there you have to wait.
