The stay was excellent. Nelson is a very welcoming and helpful host. He assisted us in several situations. The lodge is close to the center and the beach; we walked everywhere. The breakfast was very tasty. The environment was quiet. We left the car in front of the lodge and it was very calm. Everything is perfect.

Nothing. My experience was marked by a lack of professionalism, unpreparedness, rudeness, disrespect, and a humiliation I never imagined experiencing at a lodging. I chose the lodge also because the reviews described Nelson as attentive and cordial. Unfortunately, the Nelson I met was completely different. When I arrived, he was drinking and, by his posture shortly thereafter, I had the impression that he might be under the influence of alcohol. He was rude, hostile, and most importantly inhumane when dealing with my mother's mobility limitation. His behavior shocked me. I had never been treated that way by someone who works directly with public service. Lack of professionalism, courtesy, respect, preparation, and the slightest humanity in the owner's service, Nelson. I had previously confirmed a ground‑floor room because I was traveling with my mother, who has reduced mobility and both knees operated. Upon arrival, we were led to a room after a large staircase. When I simply asked about what had been previously agreed, Nelson changed, denied his own confirmation, mocked my mother's mobility difficulty, and simply told us to take our things and leave. At no point was I rude or refused to stay at the lodge. After I sent the screenshot proving he had confirmed the ground‑floor room, his attitude changed: he apologized, refunded the amount charged, and informed me that the ground‑floor room had a sewage problem — something that could have simply been communicated before our arrival. The next day, Nelson contacted me again and offered to refund the extra daily rate I had to pay at another lodging as compensation for what happened. He asked for proof, I sent it, and I accepted the agreement. Yet again, however, he did not fulfill what he had agreed. It was a revolting and deeply humiliating experience. I had to resort to consumer protection agencies to find a solution. I give a very serious warning to other travelers: based on the experience I had, I would never return and would not recommend this lodge.

“Excelente localização, conforto e custo benefício, excelente café da manhã.”

Mr. Nelson was very welcoming! The lodge is in an excellent location, practically next to the central area; within 5 minutes or less walking we were already on the main street of the umbrella area. When parking in the square in front of the lodge, I felt a lot of security. The lodge is cozy, has a pool, plenty of greenery! The room is spacious and cozy. It is simple but very cozy. It is also quiet. I must highlight the breakfast, very varied and abundant, it scored 10 to 0 in many lodges or larger hotels I have stayed in. Overall excellent value, location and comfort.
