The location was fine, but the room was too small and narrow; it had a fan and air conditioning running, yet no window to let in light or fresh air during the day. The menu items didn’t match what the staff actually served, and the kitchen closed during the night, so I couldn’t get water when I needed it for medication. The reception was the same—when I asked for toilet paper, they were unhelpful. On top of that, a 15‑real surcharge appeared when paying by card, even though the reservation price already said “taxes and fees included.” I felt it was too expensive for what was delivered.
