The breakfast was nice, but the website listed an indoor pool that turned out to be only at their Cool Springs branch, which was a real let‑down.

The kitchen was roomy, everyone was friendly, and the event space was just a short walk away, so I gave it a perfect 10.

During my stay at this hotel, I was charged the full amount, even though I had already paid in full for my booking. This oversight was frustrating and unnecessary, and I was left feeling like the hotel had not taken the necessary steps to ensure accuracy in their billing.

I had a frustrating experience with my billing at this hotel, as I was charged twice for my stay. This error was not only inconvenient but also a waste of my time and resources, and I was left feeling like the hotel had not taken adequate care to prevent such mistakes.
