“Espectacular!!!”

The place was super clean, the staff very friendly, and you have direct access to the lagoon. The food was delicious. They always try to make everything easy for you. I loved everything.

It was centrally located, but it sat between two large hotels in an idyllic setting that was still a bit off. I never normally complain about a hotel, but this one was uncomfortable. There were small ants in the bed when we arrived, cockroaches in the bathroom at night, the door was difficult to open and close, and when a rainstorm came it blew so hard that the curtains went horizontal across the room and rain leaked through the ceiling. When we complained the next day there was no response, no compensation, and early departure with a refund was not an option, nor was any kind of compensation. We felt unheard, which was a real disappointment. The front desk girl tried her best, but her boss did not offer any reduction. I would advise against booking.

“Tranquila, calma”

The place, the view, the cabins, and Juanita’s service were all great. The seaweed on the beach and a stand that blocks the view were the only negatives.

Lovely to have your own hut right on the beach. Nothing else is needed, and that’s fine. Grab a beer and a snack from the local supermarket and just enjoy the view from your terrace. The pushy beach vendors are a separate issue from this location.
