The staff were friendly, I stayed in the Blockhütte which is very special and beautiful, it’s also great for dogs, and the breakfast was remarkable. Nothing negative.

The grounds and facilities were beautiful and the staff were warm, but there was no front desk staff from about 10 pm until 8 am, and the traditional key system made retrieving the key at night and checking out difficult.

The house is gorgeous and the spot is spot on; the room was super quiet and cozy, the garden with the pool looks immaculate, breakfast tastes amazing, and the staff are very friendly. On the downside, the reception area feels poorly designed and smells bad; we had to wait a long time for someone to come and even when we asked the staff, nothing happened – a real let‑down since it’s the first impression of the property.

The breakfast was very satisfying, high quality, and the overall atmosphere was comforting; the restaurant was flawless and offered excellent value for money.
