The kids loved it! The pool area was outstanding for a young family. The restaurant food was so good that we invited our large extended family who live nearby to join us. The room was excellent, the staff extremely friendly, and both check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

“Wir kommen wieder!”

The rooms were very nicely decorated and modern, though the bed creaked a little with every movement and the mattresses were rather firm, but that was fine for us. The outdoor area had a more rustic, traditional feel, as did the public spaces like the restaurant. They cater to guests' wishes and specialties and are very straightforward. We were also late for breakfast but still managed to eat. ❤️ There’s an indoor Jacuzzi and an indoor “Swimmingpool” Jacuzzi that can be temperature‑controlled, which was super handy for us with the baby because he could bathe with us. ❤️ Everything was very clean and tidy! The fitness area was nice. The staff were very friendly and warm. We would have liked a slightly healthier selection of vegetarian breakfast options and that the meat in the warming trays at the buffet isn’t mixed with vegetarian dishes – for example, the fried eggs aren’t covered with bacon and the sausages. One morning there was a buffet breakfast and another morning a la carte; personally we found it better to order exactly what we want, which is also more sustainable. In the spa area a water or tea kettle would be ideal, especially after using the sauna. The shower in the spa had to run for a long 5 minutes before warm water came out; previously it was only very cold, probably due to the sauna heating. The Jacuzzi edges could be cleaned a bit better – there were many small dried yellow spots. In the fitness area a few yoga mats and equipment for training without weights would be nice – Pilates blocks, bands. That would be a nice plus for women like me who can’t use those devices.
